1. General Information about your playing experience and musical goals​

2. A video submission of your playing. Recording should be 2-7 minutes of excerpt(s), etude(s), movement(s) from a multi-movement work such as a concerto, sonata, etc. where your playing can be displayed. Solo performances are preferred. 

3. Agree to club acknowledgements

Applicant requirements: Applicants must be able to read sheet music and be able to provide their own instruments for rehearsal (except for piano).

Applications for Spring 2025 semester are due February 7th 2025 at 11:59 PM
