1. General Information about your playing experience and musical goals​

2. A video submission of your playing. Recording should be 1-7 minutes of excerpt(s), etude(s), movement(s) from a multi-movement work such as a concerto, sonata, etc. where your playing can be displayed. Solo performances are preferred. 

3. Agree to club acknowledgements

Applicant requirements: Applicants must be able to read sheet music and be able to provide their own instruments for rehearsal (except for piano).
